TRAVEL INFORMATION

All applications and payments (if applicable) are due in full by January 15th. Applicants will receive notification of their acceptance status beginning the week of February 15th. All flights for those traveling from the U.S. will be arranged by the Knights of Columbus, unless you indicate on your application that you will be making your own travel arrangements. If you do not reside within driving distance of one of the following airport hubs (ATL, IAD, IAH, LAX, RDU, SEA), the K of C will also arrange the flight from your local airport to the nearest of the six airport hubs where you will join your travel group to Lourdes and connect with your trip leader. Please note that you are responsible for making your own way to your first departure airport. Exceptions may apply.

For those traveling via the KofC-issued bus from Ramstein-Miesenbach Air Base in Germany to Lourdes, please refer to this Q&A list for any questions regarding your trip details.

If you choose to make your own way to Lourdes and join the WTL pilgrimage upon arrival, please note that you are expected to check in at the reception desk of the Hôtel Panorama by 12:00pm on Thursday and stay through to Monday morning. You are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday the week of the Pilgrimage.

Hôtel Saint Sauveur is located one block from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes pilgrimage site. Rooms come with complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Hotel amenities include a casual restaurant, a brasserie, a tea room, and a sandwich shop.

Hôtel Panorama is a 4-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. It's an 18-minute walk from the central railway station. Rooms and suites come with free WiFi and flat-screen TVs. Other amenities include a bright restaurant with panoramic views of the Sanctuary, meeting/events room and a TV lounge.

This will be the location of our Faith and Fellowship Meetings as well as our Warriors to Lourdes Reception Set on the banks of the Gave de Pau, Hôtel La Solitude is an 8-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and 1.8 km from Gare de Lourdes train station.
